Twitter Tuesday, brought to you by:
Bella is by far, one of my most favorite bloggers and true friends. If I had to pick one word to describe her, it would have to be Original.
One stop at her rocking fashion blog, and you will instantly see....this woman has style! Bella follows no fashion rules....and I commend her so much for that, especially in a day and time everyone is hopping on the newest fashion trend train.
She is a priceless part of the fashion blogging community, and will be the first person to lift you up with compliments, words of advice & encouragement, and the support that so many of us need.
Bella is definitely someone who will always "have your back", and who I have come to adore and admire.
I love you lady............keep rockin on!!

Bella currently lives in Sacramento California and has been blogging at The Citizen Rosebud since 2009.
She loves the colors red, blue, black and white and her favorite fashion icons are Iris Ipfel, Vivienne Westwood, a young Audrey Hepburn, and many many more.
Bella's favorite time of day is enjoying early morning quiet hours.
Her favorite way to relax is by watching documentaries, "And lots of movies. I'm a movie fanatic." says Bella.

Let's learn more about my super sweet Twitter Tuesday Buddy!!
What was your initial goal for your blog when you first began, and how has that changed today?
Initially, I blogged to promote my business, at first it was an eco-friendly line of skin care, and beeswax candles, and then a line of hand-made and vintage clothing . I started "Citizen Rosebud" to be an artist's collective and was hoping to sell reconstructed clothing. Turns out I much prefer the blogging side to the business side, and The Citizen Rosebud took a life of its own. I do however am still working on the clothing line which you can peek at, at http://shopthecitizen.com

Describe your style
"Everyday Eccentric."
Where do you draw your fashion inspiration from?
Bella: Well, I love fashion history. And I love vintage clothing, so I am definitely inspired by vintage looks, my favorite two eras being Victorian, and styles from the 1960's. I can not ever get tired of 1960's fashions. I also get inspiration from my personal commitment to leave a lighter carbon footprint, so am inspired to dress as "eco-friendly" as possible which is why I eschew "fast fashion," in favor of vintage and second-hand clothing, as well as clothes and accessories that have been produced sustainably.

How many hours a day/week do you spend working on your blog?
Waaaay too much time! I am addicted so honestly, at least 40 hours a week. Yes. I spend that much time blogging, and that's probably not including my social media activities such as Facebook and Twitter. I seriously need to cut back. No, seriously.
Where is your favorite place to shop?
Two Words: Thrift Shops. Locally, I love Thrift Town (we have 3 in Sacramento) and there are two vintage shops worth mentioning as they have the coolest people running the shops and the best choice of vintage and hand-made clothing. They are Crimson and Clover, and Thunderhorse Vintage. Seriously, if you ever visit Sacramento and don't shop these places, you haven't really visited Sacramento.
What "must haves" will you be adding to your winter wardrobe?
Well, I am not shopping this winter except from my own closet. I did however add a couple of capes to my winter wardrobe last fall, and a couple of cool handbags.
What is your favorite piece of clothing/jewelry and why?
I think my favorite piece of clothing are my two hand-crocheted cloche hats that I got from Etsy. I wear them all the time, and love how they keep my head warm and look all old-timey like I'm sipping bathtub gin at a speakeasy.
Do you have any advice for new bloggers who are just getting started?
Yes! Create original content.
 And proofread before you post!
Also: if you don't have the time to link your sources, I don't have time to read you. My advice is to give credit where credit is due: if you use images, credit and link to the source, LINK! Don't just write it, link it.
Oh, and DON'T play music on your blog especially the auto-play kind if you want anybody to read you.

If you  have a career besides blogging, what do you do?
Bella: Well up until recently, I also cooked for a living. I am/was an organic vegetarian cook. Now I am taking a plunge and focusing full time on blogging and setting up my Etsy shop (http://citizenrosebud.etsy.com)

Where do you see yourself in 2 years?
In two years, I'd love to be earning my keep as a writer, and an artist. I'd like to see myself making money from blogging, contributing to other blogs, like I do for Midtown Bazaar (http://midtownbazaar.blogspot.com) and getting my dream of the Citizen Rosebud collective into a viable, money making reality.

Thank you so much Bella, for allowing me to feature you as my Twitter Tuesday Friend:)
